FORRÓ WORKSHOP & SOCIAL DANCE IN PHILADELPHIA WITH RAFAEL
Join Rafael Piccolotto de Lima, founder and Educational Director of Forró New York, for a four-hour forró experience in Philadelphia: a two-hour workshop followed by two hours of social dancing.
Open to dancers of all levels, the workshop will explore movements, techniques, and ways of connecting that can bring greater fluidity, musical awareness, and creativity to your dance. During the social, you’ll have time to practice, meet other dancers, and enjoy the welcoming atmosphere of the Philadelphia forró community.
