The Forró Workout Series is a high-energy dance training program designed to improve your endurance, agility, coordination, and technique while deepening your connection to forró. This course features 30-minute workout routines danced to medium and fast songs, focused on basic steps, variations, transitions, and technical movement patterns. Unlike typical class warm-ups, these sessions are longer, more intense, and built to significantly boost your dance stamina and control.
