The Forró Workout Series is a high-energy dance training program designed to improve your endurance, agility, coordination, and technique while deepening your connection to forró. This course features 30-minute workout routines danced to medium and fast songs, focused on basic steps, variations, transitions, and technical movement patterns. Unlike typical class warm-ups, these sessions are longer, more intense, and built to significantly boost your dance stamina and control. The program includes: • Warm-up session • Basic steps recap • 16 full workout routines All movements are practiced individually, allowing you to fully concentrate on your body, timing, and technique. Build strength. Increase stamina. Dance with more confidence and freedom.
