About the Event
🌟 Special Forró Class with Alice - from Brazil! 🇧🇷
We’re excited to announce that Alice will be teaching two special classes here in New York as part of our weekly series!
These classes will focus on a series of techniques and movements that are a staple of the forró dance school where Alice teaches in Brazil – including patterns in 5 and 7 steps (in contrast to the traditional 3-step rhythm).
It’s a great opportunity for an intensive learning experience and immersion into this style: you’ll develop technique, expand your repertoire, and learn how to incorporate these movements naturally into your dance.
8-9pm - fundamentals and basic repertoire.
